
Spring on a northern homestead, what a wonderful time of year! Along with Asparagus and Jerusalem Artichokes, another early plant in our gardens in Rhubarb. Even just 2 Rhubarb plants will give you a large enough harvest to eat fresh, plus enough to do some preserving.
