It’s been hot. Well, it’s been hot by this Alaska girl’s standards. Mid-70’s in the shade, and I’ve spent the week in the non-shaded garden trying to get all my starts in the ground asap. Finally almost done! But I’ve been needing something to cool off. Ice cream is easily the first thing that comes to mind, but too fattening. So I decided to take advantage of the rhubarb that is all ready to harvest and make some Blueberry Rhubarb Lemonade Popsicles!
