There are so many aspects to homesteading. Raising chickens, vermicompost, raising dairy animals, processing your own meat, fencing, welding, survival prep, food preserving, beekeeping and I could go on. I have yet to meet someone who does it ALL. Yet when you feel ready to learn a new skill, the researching starts all over. This is one reason why I love to have a couple general homesteading books around.
Welcome to the Farm by Shaye Elliott has pictures galore, stories to go with it, and hundreds of tips covering so many sides of homesteading.
