My cast iron pans don’t have a place.
I leave them out, usually on the stove top, because I use them every day. They are the true workhorses in my kitchen.
I use them for baking cornbread, making stir-fries, frying up things, and cooking a nice London broil too. Oh, and onions are perfected in the cast iron with some butter! I love my cast iron pans because I trust that they are going to cook my food just right. They aren’t that hard to take care of either. I even cook a meatloaf in my big pan. And who doesn’t like meatloaf?
