
While kale is an amazing, nutrient dense food, it is not always the most palatable to some people. Personally, I am not a huge fan of raw kale and it is definitely not the first food I turn to when I am looking for a snack. I have been trying hard to decrease my sugar intake lately (including natural sugars like honey and maple syrup). One way I have found to do this is switch out sweet snacks, like muffins and granola bars, for vegetables. Kale chips are a great way that I incorporate more leafy greens into my diet. They are salty, crunchy, and delicious!
