These days prescription medicines are practically handed out like candy. I know countless people on anti-anxiety, anti-depressant and ADD/ADHD medications. Please don’t get me wrong – these are real conditions and sometimes medication is the right option. But it certainly isn’t the only option. I think most people are interested in alternatives but are not sure what to use.
I’d like to share a recipe that I have personally used and/or have seen the results of its use.
