Why do we farm? homestead? Chop wood? Bake bread? Because its in our roots and hard work brings out appreciation for those things we have. Join us on our farm blog this week as we take you through some history of how we got to where we are and the philosophy behind why we do it. Plus, you want to know what hamburger gravy has to do with tea don’t you?!

GOD'S WONDERFUL CREATIONS, FRESH NUTRITIOUS FOOD & LOVE OF TRADITION Those are the few things that brought this city girl to love the farm life! I'm CeAnne Kosel and I blog here about our little family farm. Once we lived in town with a tiny little city lot, as most do. With a big dream and after lots of prayers and patience we are now blessed with almost 2 acre's of God's green earth in Oregon. We homeschool 4 adopted blessings who love the farm life too. We hope to share our homesteading journey here with you and hope that you will come join us Down on the Farm!
