There is no doubt about it, Ginger is one of my favorite herbs. Not only do I enjoy the taste, it’s medicinal qualities are amazing. Ginger is well known for it’s ability to help relieve nausea and or an upset tummy. It also is a terrific anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, pain reliever. Ginger is well used as an expectorant and for relief of cold symptoms. There are so many ways to use Ginger Root in your cooking.But, while it’s not for everyone, one of my favorites is in this uniquely flavored Homemade Ginger Ale.
