We’re a pretty health conscious family but one thing I’ve had a hard time breaking away from is store-bought cereal. I knew it was loaded with excess sugar but I kept being drawn back by the convenience of it. Then I recently found out most cereals contain BHT which is an ingredient also found in… jet fuel. Yep, jet fuel! I immediately pulled out my recipe for Homemade Honey Granola and I’m not looking back.
