I’ll admit, I’ve never had kimchi before. I’ve heard too many horror stories about the “rotting cabbage” and how stinky it was. Admittedly, I was also clinging to the childhood disgust of sauerkraut until the hubby re-introduced me to it and we made our own. I figured I should at least give our homemade spicy kimchi the same chance. Plus it gave me a chance to try out my cool new Fermentools!
