The first time I made this recipe, it was honestly just because the name intrigued me. Cinnamon Flop Bread? What in the world is that? Well, I can tell you it’s anything *but* a flop. This delicious (and really easy) bread is filled with cinnamon and brown sugar, and works just as easily as a treat with your morning coffee as it does as a light dessert.
