Each year, I find myself wanting to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables once it gets warm outside. I’m not sure if it is because many fruits and vegetables are ripe during the summer, or if it is just because I don’t want to cook, but any way I can eat something fresh, I will! However, when it comes to fruits like grapefruit and kiwi, they often end up in the bottom of the fruit drawer, uneaten, because eating grapefruit or kiwi the same way each time can get boring. So, I’ve put together a list for you of ways that you can use kiwi and grapefruit that are outside the spoon.
