Peppermint is one of my all-time favorite herbal teas. Many of my evenings during the fall and winter are spent relaxing with a book (or TV show) and a mug of comforting peppermint tea. Since I drink it so often, I decided to turn it into an immune boosting tea by mixing in some other herbs. I liked the blend so much that it is now my go-to herbal tea.
Peppermint, rosehips, elderberries, and nettle are the herbs that make up this tea blend. When combined, they are a powerful way to strengthen your immune system and improve overall health. I recommend drinking a cup of this tea daily, especially during the winter months when illness is more prevalent. If you have been recently exposed to an illness, you can increase it to 2-3 cups per day.
