Instant Pot beef stew has quickly become my winter go-to. Sure Phoenix isn’t freezing but it gets cold enough at night that I start craving stews and soups. The problem is, I’m not always thinking that at the beginning of the day and often forget to put anything in the crock pot. That is why the Instant Pot is my best friend in the kitchen! I can throw all the ingredients for this Instant Pot beef stew and, hit the button and break out my Mother Earth News while it does the work! 😉
The best part is that the stew is going to taste like is slowly simmered all day on your stove top. But should really only take you about an hour start to finish.
