I have a bit of a sweet tooth, but I’m trying to keep away from conventional sweets. So making primal desserts myself has been a part of my daily life since about 3 years ago. It’s fairly easy if you’ve got an oven and reasonably supplied supermarkets around you. But, what if you move around a lot, you have an ancient oven-top, limited cooking supplies (I mean, I’m lucky if I have a frying pan AND a pot at the same time) and supermarkets filled with refined-sugar-filled foods? No almond or coconut flour around, just the basics?
Yeah, that’s what I’m dealing with. I had to get creative, because hey, the sweets-loving-monster inside me still needs food!
This recipe is really easy and extremely convenient if you are very busy or low in supplies. It takes almost no time and the ingredients are probably already in your kitchen or just easy-to-get.
