Making sourdough bread isn’t exactly work intensive and what work you do have to do doesn’t take very long at all. But the rise time is hours, and when you add in a second rise, it’s a couple of days. I was tired of waiting for the bread to finish rising, and wanted my buttered toast quicker! So I figured out a way to make sourdough bread in one day, and here’s my recipe and tips.
