Strawberry jam is the perfect preserve to try if you’ve never canned. This recipe is great because it is easy to double or halve and as I like to say, the worst case scenario when making strawberry jam is that it turns out a little thin and you end up with strawberry syrup. Strawberry syrup is pretty great, so try it!
