In this post I try my hand at the easy cousin of canning, refrigerator pickles. I promise, this is so simple, anyone can do it.
Colleen is a special education teacher (by way of Teach for America) turned stay-at-home mom to three little ones - ages 3, 2, and almost 1. Her days are filled with laughing and tears, joys and frustrations, toddlers and babies. The basics of gardening were gifted to her by her mother and father starting at a very young age and both parents continue to be a source of knowledge (and equipment!) to this day. She hopes to lead her family down the path of leading a more sustainable, intentional, and full life.
