I was given a jar on homemade sweet pepper relish a few years ago. I fell in love with it and decided if I ever got my peppers to grow I would make some. Well my peppers are getting big and a few of them have turned red so it’s time to make some pepper relish. Great for putting on burgers and hot dogs, mine never last that long I usually just put it on plain homemade bread. This is a new adventure for me so we’ll see how it turns out.
