Nothing goes better with a slab of ribs or a bowl of chili than this moist and delicious Yankee cornbread. It’s sweet enough to be eaten on its own with just a little smear of butter. But it’s not so sweet that you can’t add a little honey-butter for a truly decadent treat. You probably won’t have any left over but if you do, it freezes really well too. Enjoy!
