When temperatures start to drop, I like to cook warm, hearty foods, like stew, shepherd’s pie, and chili. Here in Texas, temperatures are still in the 90s, but I still crave hearty dishes this time of year anyway. I plan to rebel and add some of these chili recipes to my kitchen before fall ends.
