Gingerbread is wonderfully moist, spicy, and smells amazing as it bakes. These muffins have the added bonus of a hidden cinnamon cream cheese flavored swirl hidden inside. I like to bake them up for special morning breakfasts and sometimes just because! They’re great with a cup of tea and store well.
The wonderful thing about making a gingerbread house is that this can be done in two phases. This way no matter how hectic your schedule, time can be on your side to enjoy this tasty traditional favorite. If constructing a house is overwhelming, this recipe also can be used to bake gingerbread cookies.
I do not know about you but this time of year….the slowly start of fall approaching…I can barely contain myself from wanting all the aromas of fall…and Ginger bread happens to be one of them.
