I love the way that radishes come popping out of the ground, giving that first burst of color to our Minnesota garden. But, truth be told, I never really like to eat them.
A couple years back, someone suggested to me that I fry up my radishes just like I would make a pan of stir fry or fried potatoes. I thought they were nuts. But let me tell you, now it’s the only way I’ll eat radishes. It’s so delicious!
