Our 42 foot long hoop house/greenhouse/ poly tunnel was accidentally built on a winter spring. We get our share of water inside during the rainy months here in Oregon (can you read like 9 months of the year!) After three years of slipping and sliding around while harvesting our winter greens we decided to mulch the pathways with hazelnut shells, super abundance source of great mulch here in Oregon! Join us as we clean up the greenhouse with our family of 6 and get the mulch put down.

GOD'S WONDERFUL CREATIONS, FRESH NUTRITIOUS FOOD & LOVE OF TRADITION Those are the few things that brought this city girl to love the farm life! I'm CeAnne Kosel and I blog here about our little family farm. Once we lived in town with a tiny little city lot, as most do. With a big dream and after lots of prayers and patience we are now blessed with almost 2 acre's of God's green earth in Oregon. We homeschool 4 adopted blessings who love the farm life too. We hope to share our homesteading journey here with you and hope that you will come join us Down on the Farm!
