Digging, planting, bending over, getting up and down, even lifting and hauling heavy items. All that can play havoc on a girl’s muscles. I used to take over the counter tylenol, but have since learned that my not be the best thing for me. So, I tried some homeopathic pain relief gel from the health food store. It worked, but it was out of this world expensive! It had to be easy to make at home, right? This is what I came up with.
